Women's Health
Discreet, respectful, and focused entirely on helping you feel better.
At Highmark Physical Therapy, we provide specialized pelvic floor physical therapy for women in all stages of life—including those who are young, have never been pregnant, are currently pregnant, are navigating postpartum, perimenopause or menopause, and beyond. Our approach is discreet, respectful, and focused entirely on helping you feel better.
Why Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?

Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles and connective tissues located at the base of your pelvis. These muscles support your bladder, uterus, and bowel, and play a vital role in core stability, sexual function, and everyday activities like going to the bathroom or lifting your kids. When these muscles are too weak, too tight, or not coordinating well, it can lead to a wide range of issues—including pain, incontinence, pelvic pressure, and more.

Pelvic floor therapy is a first-line, evidence-based treatment for many conditions that women are often told are “normal” or "to just live with." Pelvic floor issues are incredibly common – and incredibly treatable. You don’t need to wait until symptoms are severe to get help.

You deserve care that supports your whole-body health and helps you move forward with strength and confidence. We’re here to help you move with strength, function with confidence, and feel like yourself again.
